WHY are you interested in being on the Winter Carnival Council?

Do you have any ideas for this year's theme?

Selecting and adapting Winter Carnival to the annual theme is a big part of Winter Carnival Council's role. Recent themes include Spy Film/Fiction; Video Games; Unbelievable Beasts (Cryptids & Folklore); Ice Age; Snow Wars; Dartmouth College of Icecraft & Blizzardry; and Carnival of Thrones.

What are the components of Winter Carnival that you are most interested in working on (e.g., Polar Bear Swim, Ice Sculpture Contest)? Do you have any new ideas for events or components of the celebration?

Are you interested in serving as a Winter Carnival Council Chair?

Winter Carnival Chairs hold additional responsibilities for leading the Council and coordinating the major components of Winter Carnival. Chairs must be available for meetings this fall (in person or via Zoom), and will have additional time commitments beyond members of the Council. Previous experience with Winter Carnival is preferred, but not required, for chairs.
