Details
Take a moment to unwind and let go of your day with this rejuvenating mindful movement flow. Through this all-levels yoga class, we will replenish with deep breathing and present moment awareness. We will move through some all-levels flow to stretch out from the confines of the day and finish with a moment of relaxation to reflect with gratitude on the things that nourish our lives.
*This class is most appropriate for those who can move from the floor to standing with some ease.
**Please plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
***Yoga mats available to borrow.
