The first thing to know about yoga is that it is truly for everyBODY. In these classes we aim to create a space that feels comfortable, safe and accepting for ALL bodies. We’ll explore a range of yoga traditions, breathing techniques and all-levels mindful-movement practices to help discover a sense of comfort, love, and resilience in our body-mind.
