The first thing to know about yoga is that it is truly for everyBODY.  In this series of classes we’ll explore a range of yoga traditions, breathing techniques and all-levels mindful-movement practices for feeling a sense of comfort, love, and acceptance in your body.

Whether you're just beginning or rediscovering your practice, this series will be helpful for anyone who wants to bring greater peace to their bodies and minds. 


Class 4:  Body Rejuvenation and Rest – the first half of this class will start with gentle, breath-centered postures to warm and awaken your body and mind. During the second half, we’ll take time to slow down and honor the tension and stress our body carries through restorative longer-held stretches and guided relaxation.
