The first thing to know about yoga is that it is truly for everyBODY.  In this series of classes we’ll explore a range of yoga traditions, breathing techniques and all-levels mindful-movement practices for feeling a sense of comfort, love, and acceptance in your body.

Whether you're just beginning or rediscovering your practice, this series will be helpful for anyone who wants to bring greater peace to their bodies and minds. 

Class 3: I Am Awesome Flow* - this fun class will move with gentle conviction through postures while challenging negative self-talk by greeting it with a sincere mantra — I Am Awesome — that speaks to the core of who you are.

*Inspired by a class taken with yoga teacher Jo Tastula.
