The first thing to know about yoga is that it is truly for everyBODY.  In this series of classes we’ll explore a range of yoga traditions, breathing techniques and all-levels mindful-movement practices for feeling a sense of comfort, love, and acceptance in your body.

Whether you're just beginning or rediscovering your practice, this series will be helpful for anyone who wants to bring greater peace to their bodies and minds.  

        Class 1: Bravely Connecting with the Body - a feel good flow that aims to help you accept and appreciate where you are in each moment. We’ll move with gratitude and strength through a series of postures to remind us that our bodies are more than our thoughts.
