This deeply restorative meditation can be used to work with challenging emotions, providing practical techniques and guidance on how to cultivate greater emotional regulation and resilience. You will learn how to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment and work with difficult emotions like stress, anxiety, grief and sadness.
