A Gentle ├óÔé¼ÔÇØ low to mid intensity ├óÔé¼ÔÇØ hatha yoga session involving synchronous breath work and asana practice, designed to help you feel balanced and reinvigorated. All levels are welcome. Taught by classically trained teachers.
